Speech Collection: Colombian, Peruvian, Chilean English Spea en Santiago

Appen is seeking participants for a Latin American Spanish Accented English speech collection project. The speech samples collected will be used to help us better understand how humans interact with conversational bots (such as Amazon’s Alexa or Apple’s Siri) and to improve the software's capabilities.

Qualified participants will record short samples of speech based on the prompts shown on the screen on their phone through an app available for both Android and iOS.

This task should take approximately 60 minutes and participants will receive compensation for their time via PayPal within 10 business days after completion.

Qualified applicants will be provided with instructions that must be adhered to carefully to complete the task correctly and receive compensation.

As collection might be terminated earlier if enough recordings are collected, it is strongly encouraged to complete the task within 48 hours after you receive the instructions. Participation in this project means you can be added to our database, and may be contacted in the future for similar projects.
